looking for audio receivers

hello guys, im looking for audio receivers, sony or yamaha preferable, does anyone know a place that has a wide range of these?

im open for recommendations, what i need them to support is HDMI pass thru,3D pass thru and they must take audio source from HDMI and not SPIF, output wattage should be 100W each channel at 8ohm impedance ( can anyone confirm if when output wattage of receiver is higher than the speaker wattage, it wont harm my speaker?)

my speaker specifications are the following:
Front: 2x 80W @ 8ohm
Center: 1x 100W @ 8ohm
Surround: 2x 45W @ 8 ohm
Active Subwoofer: 1x 80W @ 8 ohm / kenwood sw-900

edit: i am aware that khoury home has them,they have a small range and they are ridiculously priced, they are asking 600$ for a 150$ worth receiver, im looking for a place with reasonable price.
