Speaking from personal experience, I can only give you one advice: Practice, practice, practice ... Trust me, the more you do it, the faster you become, the easier the exam becomes. It is really that simple, given that you learn and improve along the way, and not just repeating the same mistakes over and over.
I'm not sure how much things have changed over the past few years, but when I did it, I downloaded samples and many books and exams off the internet and simply started solving the provided sample exams. It really depends on your background and current skills, but I found reading the actual books was a waste of time and preferred to solve whatever sample was available.
Again, I cannot stress enough on the importance of solving samples. You get to the point where just by reading the question, you can get the feel of the expected answer. (At least in Writing and Reading). You can download sample exam packages off torrents and anywhere on the web.
Good luck!

Train yourself to 'calm down' and 'manage your time' while solving the problems. When you have a clear mind it will all come to you.
SATs are fairly easy for graduates of the Lebanese Baccalaureate, the critical reading part might be a bit challenging for non native english students but it's not impossible.

Thank you for advice. In fact,I've started to solve some practice tests and it seems to me that my scores are going to hardly
Fluctuate around 1050/1600.I know it's a bad score...but my total school average in both grades 10 and 11 is 17/20.Do you think i have a chance of getting admitted into the faculty of agricultural and food sciences of AUB,let's say for nutrition ?
