Good choices on CPU, RAM if you aren't going to do any overclocking at all. The motherboard is LGA1155, not compatible with Haswell CPUs. You need LGA1150 for that, meaning 8x series chipsets like B85 and Z87.
Change out that PSU. If you want 500W, then go with the Gigabyte PoweRock 500W for $50 at pcandparts. That's if you're sticking to the HD7850 and not overclocking, it is enough. But if you go for higher, I recommend scaling up a bit.
Know that the HD7850 is generally an overclocking champion, but now $240 is a bit steep with where the prices are at for 7950s in the USA (check below).
Not sure how good the SSD is, might want to check out its rated read and write speeds before making your decision. I'm almost sure pcandparts had Intel SSDs, might want to check those out?
Now if the 7950 is out of stock, I recommend ordering it from the USA (Aramex or Borderlinx / DHL) OR
check out this dude that MMM1999 mentioned. He ships items and makes you pay a certain fee.
If you insist on getting a card from Lebanon and the 7950 doesn't appear to come in stock anytime soon, then get at least a GTX670.
If you're not overclocking, both cards are pretty much head to head with the 670 being very slightly ahead (<5%), however the 7950 pulls ahead when things get tough on the memory. Also, you get 3GB VRAM vs. 2GB VRAM. Plus, the 670 is more expensive.
Oh and, you will find 7950s for ~$200-$220 outside now, so grab that if you want a GPU now. AMD's new GPUs are releasing soon, in a few months, likely anywhere between October and December, so consider that as well.
If you're hitting your budget limit get rid of the SSD, that will give you some leftover money to scale to a 750W PSU and leave some money leftover for a beefier GPU.
