Hello, I bought a new Linksys WAG120N router and went to min el 7osn ogero to configure it. And they changed the default login password (on the 192.168.1.1), it used to be admin:admin. I want to change some of the router settings myself, but I can't login anymore and it's driving me crazy. Any idea what the password might be or anyway I can solve this problem. I would've configured the router my self if I knew any of the configurations. I thought of contacting Cisco, but I decided to ask here first. (Can I reset the router and reconfigure by phone? I tried doing that when I first bought it but they said I had to go to min el 7osn)
My old router is still working but the adapter died, it needs a 22V, 818mA. Does anyone know where I can get one in beirut near Hamra? I thought that I could maybe get some of the settings from my old router.
Thank you.

you can reset your router but you will lose all the configured settings, and if you know the settings (Username/Password for the PPPoe connection (DSL) you can configure it yourself)
I don't know what's the problem with ogero changing the Router's password.
Good luck

Thanks ironman, but that's the problem, I don't know any of the settings and I just want to get access to my routers settings.

I think the first idea would be contacting Mina El Hosn, and asking them to give you the password they set, the second option (if they refused to give you the password) would be asking for your L Number and Password which is your right, and then u'll be able to configure your modem and we can assist you here.

you can easily hack the password, if it's not wpa2, i can't tell you how unless one of the admins let me, it's not a hacking forum, but google it and you'll find many tutorials, and plus ogero (blink) can be hacked on 20s.

Thanks Fischer but it's too late now, the router "bricked" (if I said it right, but you know what I mean). It had many problems: it would disconnect and restart most the whole time. It stopped working completely in the end. Even the reset button was totally useless. It was receiving power so the problem wasn't the adapter.
(I didn't even touch it, it's like it self-destructed)
I sent it to the warranty thing.
