Hello all, i have a very frustrating problem that started when i reset my router settings. Now i can't access the internet at all from the router. I can connect to the router from the pc by wire or wireless and it's the same..I get a no internet access message under the network name. But if i connect my pc with the ethernet cable directly i can connect to the internet just fine. I checked the routers webpage and the "WAN" is filled with 0's. i spent alot of time searching for solutions on google and i didn't find anything! Any help is greatly appreciated.
P.S: I am on Win7 if it helps to know..

Well, seems your WAN settings are incorrect. How did you connect when you plugged the ethernet directly to your PC? Did you do any configuration? did you create a PPPoE connection for it to work? Did you just plug the cable and it worked?
EDIT: If it works directly when you connect the ethernet cable to the PC (without configuration), then you need to go in your router to the WAN settings and set it to "Dynamic IP" instead of PPPoE.

When i plugged the cable in my pc i created a PPPoPE connection for it. I tried setting the WAN to dynamic and it didn't work.

are you sure that your isp does not bind your account to a MAC address, maybe your laptop MAC is the one binded to your account, try to use the MAC clone option in the router to eliminate this possibility also make sure that the wan interface is configured to obtain ip address automatically. and if you can post the logs it will be great, tp-link logs can be helpful, you should be able to find it under "system tools"
