Ok I have a Panasonic KX-T7330, when in-call I get a menu choice like, press 1 for english, press 2 for arabic...the keypad doesn't do anything,I can hear the beep tone when pressing but the choice is not taken.
Is there any programming I can do to repair this?

A quick and dirty solution would be to play the tone from your computer or mobile phone. Put the speaker on your panasonic's mic. Keep in mind that when your press "1", your phone simultaneously generates two pure sine waves at 697 and 1209Hz. My point being that the tones don't need to come from your panasonic, any source would do.

Ok I see!
This is called DTMF?

Yes, dual-tone multi-frequency signaling is the industry standard for analog phone lines.
