It used to be over 2 Mbps over one year ago, now days it never get past 500 Kbps. I thought about calling touch, but after my experience with them, I find it helpless. Can any touch 3g subscriber confirm this speed drop?

If by crowded area, you mean a blocked signal, then no, I have an almost horizon view from my balcony. If it means speed depleted by overusing, then I don't think so since it was Sunday morning. I called touch service line, all they can do was sending the settings for me (which I seem unable to get on my galaxy W running cm10.1 nor cm9, any help from android people?), I told them I have my settings right according to the website(Name=APN=touch, and they confirmed, but still no solution. Well it seems that it's a bug in the android app, I understood what you meant from the first time. I'll try to test in my uni today, to see if connecting to another antenna will make a difference.

I am clueless of all the processes and stuff, so if anyone can help me with my questions below .
I want to subscribe to the 10$ 3.9G 150MB package, is that per month? Or until the 150MB is drained?
How do i subscribe? do i send an SMS to a certain number and something and i pay with the credits in my number? or do i have to go somewhere and pay?

Prepaid you have to charge your phone with a code, which you can get from any authorized seller or any ATM that has this feature, after you charge your line, you can make calls, send sms, etc.
Postpaid, you have a fixed line which you pay every end of the month, so you can call, send sms, etc... then end of the month you pay the bill

I subscribed for the 150mb plan, and my consumption is nearly over..
can I resubscribe but to another package?? or I'm only allowed to add mbs to my limit, and pay for each MB??
there's this add where it says, 14$ per month for 300mb,300 SMS, and 2 hours phone call,
can I subscribe to that once my limit is reached? and is the Internet same or slower than mine now..?
(pff like my 3,9G is fast now,... I'm getting speeds max of 16kbps...i saw some tests here that showed 3mbps WTF...)
