What do you mean by game capture card?
Like where you can record your gameplay and record everything you do on your ps3 or xbox
You can always mount an iPad or a phone and record your game play with its built in camera, then crop it
Well he obviously want good video quality thats why he is asking for a capture card. So the ipad/phone wont work for him..
And i dont think you can find those cards in Lebanon i guess... your best option is to find a DVR .. it captures your gameplay on any console.

Oh I'm sorry, I just skimmed through the topic and just didn't notice that you don't want it for PC.
There are internal and external capture cards with HDMI input. Check out Hauppauge's wide selection.

Nah, go for PCIe HDMI framegrabbers, or USB 3.0 framegrabbers. But i dont know where i can find such hardware :P
