Truepeace Hi, as you may know, many gamers face problems while playing games. I have a modem in which I've put my PS3 on DMZ and forwarded some ports I use for some applications. But the problem is that the internet frequently cuts off because of the bad electricity and when the electricity cuts off, the internet cuts off despite putting it on my UPS. This doesn't happen with my other router the Thomson one but as you may know, it is really not recommended to play with a Thomson one. This is why I want to buy a new router that works perfectly on my UPS and in which I can DMZ, port forward, assign IP's etc. A friend recently bought a TP Link router with a Range extender for 60$ from the "wakeel" of TP Link in Lebanon. So I want to make sure the TP Link have not common problems and if I should buy it from the "wakeel" and if you know anything I should consider before buying a new one. By the way I am subscribed with WISE, is their Ping good for gaming? Thanks.
Chafic I use TP-Link and its good for anything, but its just the internet that has the problem. If you want to play without lag get ogero its better than any other internet in lebanon.
Truepeace Hi, I finally bought a TP Link TD-W8951ND modem from "Top Technologies" (the wakeel of TP Link) at 50.000 L.L I did the DMZ on it for my PS3 and it worked great and it also worked on my UPS.
