  • Panasonic telephone central, how to add welcoming message?

Hello!
So we installed the panasonic D1232 central and a couple of KT-T7436 phones, we have about 5 internal extensions and 3 lines.
How can I program the central via the phone so I can add a welcoming message with ''if you know the extension dial it now,blablabla...''?
I asked Sacotel but they pretend we need an additional hardware for that
do you have the programming software?
but this is a bit tricky as it's being done through phone , so if you change the co of the phone all the setting will be changed ..
The menu is here but it says ''not valid'' :(
then check your central configuration .. use the software
you should have a programming software or at least a manual for the PBX and phones .. do some searching ..or give me 150 $ and ill do it for you :D
I believe you need an extra hardware device
unless an outside call can reach the desired extension
vegetaleb, 1st thing you need to check is if you Unit came with a DISA Card,
