Can you buy prefab homes in lebanon? If yes, are they cheaper than traditional homes?

Doubt it, and even if there was, it won't be cost effective because there isn't wide spread use of it.
I'm curious, what were you planning to do?

I don't think the prefab wooden houses are cheaper, they are nearly as expensive as building a concrete one i think.
They are expensive because they have to import the wood from elsewhere.
Usually wooden houses are cheap in other countries because the wood would be local.

@Hitman6267 my plan is to buy a house in the near future, now i hate apartments, noisy neighbors, cowboy gunfights over parking spots, i hate the Lebanese lifestyle, i love prefabs, and it's more customizable to my specific needs and i thought they were cost effective, but you guys have a good point, so i'm gonna contact the company that ayman talked about and ouppsprefab.com to see how much a prefab home will cost
Try taking a look on wooden houses too. They are effectively cheaper than concrete apartments ( 200 sqm for around 250,000$ or so) and are made in a very professional way. You can check some to look at near Charcutier Aoun Rabieh or one towards the end of Ajaltoun Keserwen) for these are the ones i know.
As for prefab houses, you can always check the Wasseet sheets because companies post their prefab services every now and then. Good Luck!
