reppinhighz This is a first for me so i am doing things slowly. For the past week or so i have been slowly overclocking my e6750. I am on stock cooling so temperatures have been on the higher side. Anyways i managed to push it to 3.10ghz as of right now. Max temperature: 68c (hours of testing on prime95) I have been looking to upgrade everything basically but i am in no hurry as everything still runs well. I ordered a new thermaltake case (commander ms-i) and an extra fan (120mm) In a month or two i will get the rest of the stuff i need to finish the upgrade but basically i needed a better case with better cooling so the case comes with a fan near the cpu while i will install a fan in the front to bring in cool air. I was contemplating whether i would like to install the second fan also near the cpu but i figured outside cool air is better. The difference after overclocking has been interesting. I would have certain lags in certain games where the frames would drop drastically but that has improved. I know its the cpu since gpu usage would be very average. I could be mistaken though. Anyways its been fun overclocking but i cannot push it more as temperatures are a bit too high on full load. Just thought id share my experience.
MohammedSF Is it with G0 cores ? what is the motherboard ? what's your VGA ? You can push it more but you need a good cooler, get a FrioOCK or better cooler..
