All I can say is: good luck finding companies using decent frameworks (rails, django etc.) or modern technologies like node.
That being said, I know of:
Monaqasat is using ruby and rails. The CTO Constantine Nicolaou is pretty good at ruby I am told.
CloudAppers uses php but I know that they use python and flask in some of their experiments.
