Sorry, my apologies,

Nexus 5 16gb will be around $480, for estimated time of arrival especially during the holiday season would take anywhere from 7 to 10 weeks on average.

Cheers

Even the 480$ is exagerated unless you missed a fee :P and the 7-10 weeks delay is TOO much...

Here's the full details : (Quoted from an e-mail from when I got Nexus 4 on Page of this Thread)
Here is an estimation about how much it might cost you landed Lebanon :

$350 + 9% US sales tax = $382 + $13 shipping within usa to our warehouse in California Total landed cost = $395 + $13 ( shipping from USA To Leb ) + 13 % = $463.

You can send us the $150 down payment via OMT or Western union.
They are much cheaper than others, you can try but trust me you won't succeed. I tried.

And yeah, I do agree that the 2 month wait is a bit too much, but it's the holiday season and they have a lot of shipments. Do not think that you are the only one using the service. Shops, and other retailers use them as well. They are mainly to service retailers not users, but theu decided to do it on a whim. I know the Operations Manager very well, here's his card...

Well to answer my part:
I ordered the G2 from ebay! I saw a good seller with a good price of 570$ and sent the link to D.O.T. and asked about the estimated final cost that i will have pay!
Surprisingly the price was relatively low in my opinion! I had to pay only 650$ all in all! I paid 200 deposit and the remaining after receiving the item!
I also waited only 2 weeks! Exactly 2 weeks!
DOT told me however that it might take between 2 and 4 weeks to ship! I was lucky because there wasn't any delays and everything went smoothly!
The good about DOT is that they are transperent and will give the final price directly on spot!
However the issue is that YOU will have to activate in Lebanon (bcz they did not declare in port or airport to relieve you from additional fees). This will require you to have a passport recently stamped (maximum 1 month after last travel) or anyone you know that fits this condition can do it for you.

Note that nexus 5 is another thing! It is already rare everywhere including USA! So i think it will take sometime even if you are in the USA!

I'm looking for 3 new nexus 4. Tried calling the supplier and they gave me a list of phone shops which of course was a dead end even for phones without warranty. Anybody have an idea where I might find some? or is this a lost cause?

Hey guys!

I thought about posting this in here instead of creating a new thread.

My nexus 4 screen is dead completely and the phone is locked (pattern lock) so I got no way to enter the phone and recover any data.
Please read more in here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-4/help/please-help-issue-t2860902/post55158506#post55158506

Do you think an MHL micro USB to HDMI adapter can work even if the screen is dead and locked (on lockscreen) or it should be unlocked for it to work?

Does anyone have an idea to help me?

I am trying to avoid fixing the screen because it will cost me a lot and I have a spare phone.
I just want to copy the data on the internal memory.

Thank you.
To remove the pattern lock:
- Download Minimal ADB
- Install it
- Go to the installed directory
- Hold shift and right click on adb and click open command prompt here
- Plug in the phone
- Type "rm /data/system/gesture.key"

an MHL adapter should work fine. If the digitizer is still alive. Otherwise, you could use a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse.

If you want to copy your data to your PC, you can use adb again.
Same steps as above but instead type "adb pull "/sdcard/[folder name]""

Or you can download ESFileExplorer and copy it to your PC via smb network

But after removing your pattern lock, you should be able to copy your data by regular USB cable.

Thanks man!
I will try once I'm home and provide my feedback!

Well sorry I don't know anyone who has it me neither!
However, the phone I mentioned above, is perfectly working but needs a new screen!
I will sell it to you for 50$ if interested with 3 covers, box and charger.
Why not buy a Nexus 5?
