B&N Nook HD+ Tablet. Comes with Charger and a cover. 1920x1200 resolution screen.

The internal MMC's partition table got messed up when I was rooting the tablet but I don't have the expertise to fix it myself, so I installed a version of Cyanogen mod that runs off the SD card and it runs pretty well.
