Awesome Clean Job My Man - Live it looks even nicer. High Five :) Reds Rams on the Way. Hue+ & its CAM sotware + Corsair Link of the H110i both working like butter on changing 16.8 million leds colors :) . I will post my pictures soon - Soon Upgrades will be :

Rog Swift Pg279q
Corsair K70 LUX
Logitech G900 Chaos Spectrum

The 1070 Gaming X looks very nice and ridgid with the back plate , Torx 2.0 Fans and Leds - I will do some testing on the weekend :).

I did a wise decision by you handling the touches and customization & not PC&Parts or just anther "sell & assemble computer shop" simply you understood what I need including the final touches of sending me Whatsapp pics & editing last minute things that I would had missed with these shops.
This is not my build, it is a build that got featured recently on pcpartpicker, I wanted to share because it is the best build I've seen since long time and it has an incredible cable management, it can be used as reference to any new build
http://pcpartpicker.com/b/sMBPxr

Attaining that Level is what I call pure
Pofessionalism & Hardware Enthusiasm. Thank you for sharing :) and I am personally eager to see your finished build by taking this build as your road map. Let Lebanese PC shops here & there attaining 50% of the level to minimize their cases spider nets. Cable management & customization are core as hardware.
nice!

have to post my ridiculous case. though its got raw POWER!

Btw i posted this again by mistake...
Well well , it works like a charm , + its an old rig that was running gtx 980 sli , replaced them with 1080 , im thinking of building another great rig , just waiting for big vega or 1080 ti

isn't dual 1080 enough , if any then I suggest you wait for vega since 1080 to 1080ti isn't really a big upgrade. And shouldn't the 1080's be able to run anything 60fps+.just remembered that your also going 4k too.....overkill gaming rig :D

Mate,

1080Ti ~ +30 % Performance of the 1080 (not worth the upgrade) , AMD Vega will be a better upgrade with HBM 2.0, most probably an October release. To me Volta will be the upgrade , next year.

Cable management makes the whole system better , not only about looks , but also dust cleaning , air circulation , dust collection etc..

A single 1080 (OC Evene) is still not enough for 2160p/60Fps , it may tip if dial down some settings from VeryHigh/Ultra to high and reduce AA to FXAA or no AA. Still more demanding AAA titles to come which are awesome in graphics and put more pressure on the GPU. Watch some 2160P benchmarks of Quantum Break , Witcher 3 , Rise of the Tom Raider , GTA 5 , Assassin Creed Syndicate usuing a 1080 OC / 2160p and see the fps. 2160p/60Fps is very near but also it is a "relative thing" near on current AAA titles yet to come AAA titles like Mafia 3 , Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Escape from Tarkov , Watch Dog 2 .. (very soon releases) and 2017 releases will drag the 2160p / 60 Fps to lower than 60Fps , to meet still the sweet spot of 1070/1080 and even 1080ti is 1440p/60Fps High-Very High with AA.

Hello,

Actually i dont have my rig built yet waiting anxiously for the weekend. But here is a glimpse:
Asus rampage edition 10
5820k overclocked with Rgb 3.0 Thermaltake cooler
Asus strix gaming 1080
16Gb of ram and some hdd amd m.2 ssd
PG348Q asus 34 inch ultrawide @100htz
I donno if ill be adding some led stips to it dont want it to look messy since the rgb lighting are on the MB, VGA and cooler
All these will be placed in a core p5 case though there may be some issue on the way but will see about that
My build suddenly feels shit. Here's what I have:
i5 6400
Gigabyte B150M-D3H
8GB of Kingston memory
240GB ADATA SP550
320GB WD Scorpio Black
Zotac GTX 1060 Amp! (I feel like a peasant for having a NoVideo card in my build)
Thermaltake Smart SE 630W
NZXT S340 White

I'll post pics later. Probably.

In the short term, I'll be upgrading the PSU (to an EVGA GQ, G2 or a Corsair RMx) soon because I don't trust this thing in my rig, and will add another SSD (probably a 1TB Mushkin Reactor), some LEDs and replacing the fans to Noctuas. Long term, on the graphics side, I'll be switching back to the Red Team in the summer with Vega and in a year or two to a Zen CPU and 16 gigs of the fastest memory I can get and a Phanteks EVOLV ATX.
Gf coming from ukraine she is getting a screen from there. ASUS ROG SWIFT PG279Q
Or
Acer predator ZB271hu

Tell me what do you guys think.

Both are 900$ approx give or take

make sure you want the ultra wide screen. Its not for everyone, a lot of people don't like it after they see it in front of them. I suggest you go see it in person before you pay for it to make sure you like it.

if you can, wait for 4k 144hz, but then again those will be even more expensive, so this might be a better choice. is there anyway she can test them over there, as you may get unlucky and suffer from backlight bleed or dead pixels
