anayman_k7 wroteThis is not my build, it is a build that got featured recently on pcpartpicker, I wanted to share because it is the best build I've seen since long time and it has an incredible cable management, it can be used as reference to any new build

isn't dual 1080 enough , if any then I suggest you wait for vega since 1080 to 1080ti isn't really a big upgrade. And shouldn't the 1080's be able to run anything 60fps+.just remembered that your also going 4k too.....overkill gaming rig :DManOwaRR wroteWell well , it works like a charm , + its an old rig that was running gtx 980 sli , replaced them with 1080 , im thinking of building another great rig , just waiting for big vega or 1080 ti

A single 1080 (OC Evene) is still not enough for 2160p/60Fps , it may tip if dial down some settings from VeryHigh/Ultra to high and reduce AA to FXAA or no AA. Still more demanding AAA titles to come which are awesome in graphics and put more pressure on the GPU. Watch some 2160P benchmarks of Quantum Break , Witcher 3 , Rise of the Tom Raider , GTA 5 , Assassin Creed Syndicate usuing a 1080 OC / 2160p and see the fps. 2160p/60Fps is very near but also it is a "relative thing" near on current AAA titles yet to come AAA titles like Mafia 3 , Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Escape from Tarkov , Watch Dog 2 .. (very soon releases) and 2017 releases will drag the 2160p / 60 Fps to lower than 60Fps , to meet still the sweet spot of 1070/1080 and even 1080ti is 1440p/60Fps High-Very High with AA.Marduk wroteisn't dual 1080 enough , if any then I suggest you wait for vega since 1080 to 1080ti isn't really a big upgrade. make sure you want the ultra wide screen. Its not for everyone, a lot of people don't like it after they see it in front of them. I suggest you go see it in person before you pay for it to make sure you like it.Zackfarran wroteHello,
Actually i dont have my rig built yet waiting anxiously for the weekend. But here is a glimpse:
Asus rampage edition 10
5820k overclocked with Rgb 3.0 Thermaltake cooler
Asus strix gaming 1080
16Gb of ram and some hdd amd m.2 ssd
PG348Q asus 34 inch ultrawide @100htz
I donno if ill be adding some led stips to it dont want it to look messy since the rgb lighting are on the MB, VGA and cooler
All these will be placed in a core p5 case though there may be some issue on the way but will see about that
Saw some ultrawide screens but never saw mine live, already bought it but still in the box.tiny fx wrotemake sure you want the ultra wide screen.
