Hey everyone. I'm currently looking for a CPU cooler for socket 2011. I simply cannot find any anywhere. If anyone knows a shop that sells them, please let me know.

Also, do the CPU coolers of sockets 1156/1155/1366 fit on the 2011 or does the 2011 have a different bracket layout?

Thank you all!
LGA 2011 has the same mounting holes as LGA 1366, but unfortunately it still won't fit. PCandParts.com might have some coolers, you should check with them. I heard they are restocking soon.
I did check PcandParts and they don't have socket 2011 coolers. Though, if socket 1366 coolers have the same holes of the socket 2011, I think can make it work. I can customize the cooler to work as long as the holes position is in the right place. I'll try to find native socket 2011 coolers first, if none are found, then I'll resort to a socket 1366 cooler find a way to make it work. Thanks Avo.
Turns out, you can't install a 1366 socket cooler on a 2011 because the 1366 pins won't go all the way in the 2011 socket holes, I saw this guy on this other forum who tried to install it but the cooler eventually fell off his socket.

What you can do I guess, you can remove the pins from the cooler and install by getting long screws and screwing them in. Since the holes are in the same place anyway..

It's weird that PCandParts has 2011 CPU's but no coolers. I mean what's the point of buying it when you have no cooling ? Oh well, until you find a cooler or mod it with screws, you can lay down your case and install a cooler without any mouthing pins and have the cooler sit down on the CPU with some books on top of it so that pressure is applied.
Lol what a sick mod; fixate the cooler on the socket using books :P
Should be a first :)

Anyway, the Thermaltake Frio (which is available at pcandparts) is socket 2011 ready. Even if the one they have doesnt have the extra offered socket 2011 bracket, the cooler itself should fit on a socket 2011 motherboard. The issue is just finding a way to mount the cooler securely (especially when the cooler weighs over a kilo). Still, if anyone finds a native socket 2011 in the market please let me know. Thanks again everyone!

Like I said, remove the plastic mounts from the regular 1366 socket and use long nuts and bolts to hold them and you should be fine.
i think there's a separate bracket sold for the thermaltake frio for lga2011 compatibility
Pcandparts DOES have the brandless intel ones however he has not listed them for some reason. I bought it from him awhile ago, I think he referred to them as 'Standard Intel cooler'. They were priced either 15 or 25 $ I cant really remember.
Today PCandParts got a stock Intel RTS2011AC CPU fan for LGA 2011, and it's only 25$ and let's face it, you won't need anything more if you're getting a 3820.
Thermaltake Frio OCK CLP0575, new shipments has the LGA-2011 kit, call PCANDPARTS to check if they have it, old CLP0575 owners can have their upgrade kit for free but it will be shipped only to USA or Canada..
