small hotel

Yes I know a couple. I forgot the name and the address though... I'll try to find them next time I pass by.
Note that they are often used by couples who have no other place to sleep together at, so it might not be the best places to stay at... but it's all I know.

Hotel Camelia (it think its called Camelia, i forgot) its in Sin El Fil.
If you go downwards from the rond-point of Habtoor straight to Chevrolet, its on the right side of that road.
Just like you said, Nothing fancy, its 40$ a night. And just like rolf said its only used for sex most of the times.

Garden City. Its in Dekwaneh, right next to Wooden Bakery and Si Bon.
Its a average looking hotel, you could say its a bit fancy from its building and design etc...
But i have no idea about its price.
