I can't take this country any more and i want to travel and continue my studies i studied industrial electricity BT
what country should travel to
what University should i choose
Germany? Sounds good for Engineering studies. Life won't cost you much more than here, if you're careful.
if you can afford it go study in yale or harvard or stanford or mit
if any country would take me, i would have been out of here long time ago.
Western Europe, my friend. I am already learning German and I plan to go there after I finish my university studies. There's nothing here worth staying for.

This is one of my options for next year. But I'm not sure about learning German though :/ I prefer a country where people speak English, so I was thinking about England maybe.
i thought this topic was about domains migration :(
@kassem England? Forget about, even English people are Complaining about high taxes, if you got no good work in there, you will barely eat. That's europe my friend.

i thought that too i swear!! :P
Immigration is a better title. Migration is mostly used for animals and mass people movement.
all of you thanks but I need a starting point
What do you think of New Zealand or canada maybe
dude you are choosing as if you are the one who decides..it is very hard .. check what is available first .

Then I believe Canada is a good choice. Immigration for Canada takes time (can be years) though, and it helps to have a degree when you apply.

London is very expensive, from what I know. But I don't want to discourage you if it's what you want :) There is Ireland too.

You might also find English programs in non-English countries, such as Germany or Netherlands. And then there's Eastern european countries (Romania, Poland, Ukraine...) where you can do your studies for pretty cheap, but then there's the language and you have to be careful about the studies, the level is not always good or internationally recognized.

It's all vast and complicated but if that's what you want to do I guess you better do it sooner then later - I doubt Lebanon will progress much, so you will have to do it anyway at some point.
Immigration is a process that takes years, at least 3. My advice to you, try to find some work in dubai (specifically dubai, not abu dhabi or sharjah, or qatar or ksa...), and experience life there. In the meantime, your immigration process would be ongoing with the consulate of your choice. Yor options are not too many, canada and australia are the most popular, currently almost all countries are in a recession and suffering from high unemployment rates for their nationals, so I doubt the success of any immigration applications at the moment.

Note that he wants to continue his studies. I guess he can also study in the meantime, while they process his immigration... I think student visas are not so hard to get.

I wonder what the budget is, and if he can work as a freelancer to cover some expenses. It is true student visas don't let you work but if you do freelance for people outside of the country (for example if staying in Europe or Canada and working for people in Lebanon) then I doubt they can find out.
I was actually looking forward of getting my hand on a Master degree in CSC in the USA. I was heading to Nee Jersey, so i was looking forward to registering at Rutgers University.

Anyone have a better idea for a masters degree in CSC in another country ?

Like does one need a lawyer to get his immigration papers and stuff...

what is the process?
You can apply on your own (but you will have a "little bit" of a hard time knowing which papers to submit etc...), of course it is better if you know a friend or relative who has done it before so he can tell you the exact papers you need. You can read about it online to know how to prepare for the interview etc...

An immigration office (lawyer and staff) would tell you exactly what you need and prepare you for next step, however they charge considerably (around 1000$ for every step, there are around 4-5 steps: initial submission, getting the file number, followup papers submission, medical test, interview ....)

But I have to repeat that it can be done alone, I know alot of people who have done it and there's alot of information online.

Each country has its own process, this is the one for Canada: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/citizenship/index.asp
There's an initial eligibility test which you can do online.
