Yes! As the title says it, this is a new Kojima Directed/Produced/Designed Video Game. Information as of now state that it is being developed for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Through the sites i have browsed it seems that this game isnt related to Kojima's Project Ogre or Enders Project (this probably a sequel to the critically acclaimed Zone of the Enders).

There are plenty of superb games coming this fall :)
Hideo is the only Japanese who knows what a game is supposed to be like. Pretty much all japanese developers have gone downhill this generation.
