Any good ones in the Zalka area (between Dawra and Zalka)?

Also, does anyone use protein bars? Any recommended brands?
Related to the discussion, what's exactly the point behind taking dietary supplements? Isn't natural nutritious food enough for human beings to be healthy?

It is enough as long as you do not have certain dietary targets. In my case, I need a diet that is very rich in proteins (I'm back to weight-lifting). I could either eat a whole lot of meat or I could grab a protein shake or a protein bar. Given the time constraints I have, I cannot afford to have a meal every 3 hours, so I'm left with the other alternatives mentioned above.
There are 2 just a bit further from zalka, GNC and another I forgot its name (both are on the highway).

Guys any recommendations for a place that sells whey protein on the cheap? Probably buying like 4 tubs. My preferred brand is NitroNitroTech, so far cheapest I could find was 80$.
First nutrition has some nice offers.
Speaking about supplements i told my friend to bring me like 7 kinds of suppliments but am not sure if they will cause trouble in the airport. What do you think?
I used to get NitroTech MuscleTech tubs with my relative from Dubai. They retailed there for 40$ vs 120$ in Lebanon. The relative got me 3 once and he was held up for 10 minutes while he assured it was for personal use. You could try but wouldn't recommend it. I find that paying the extra here is better than troubling someone with them especially for their size and weight.

Ok is see, i didnt order any protein, just 30 serving bcaa creatine and l-carnitine total of 7 small containers.
Do u think i should cancel my order?
I got a relative to get me a couple of 10lb pouches instead of the 5lb tubs---flew right through and didn't question him --Optimum Nutrition Whey. I think the tubs raise more of a flag than the tubs. I think I paid 600 AED for them too (about $160) for 20lbs---less than 1/2 what they cost here.
@DNA that many may raise suspicion I guess so it depends on your luck I guess

@xazbrat last time I ordered from Dubai for that 40$ not only did I get that tub, but also creatine tablets and protein bars that amounted for 30$ on their own. I wish it wasn't so overpriced here.

First nutrition is the cheapest so far at 80$ a piece if I buy two. Might pull the trigger and just search for a better alternative next time.
AFAIK, First Nutrition has the best prices here. You could also check pharmacies like wardieh, mazen, etc--I have found some deals on protein powder(some were close to expiration) as sometimes they overstock or don't price it the same way as the nutrition stores do. It is hit or miss though--I was at a random pharmacy last year and saw a 5lb name brand tub for $50, but didn't buy it because I was in a hurry. I came back a couple of days and the few remaining bins were gone.

So gl.

Quick update:

Ended up buying in bulk (4 tubs with 3 friends) which brought the cost down to 100,000LL ($66).
