error 0x80070079 : the semaphore timeout preiod has expired

Guys i need your help ! I am trying to transfer a video from my pc to my samsung galaxy s2 , and when i copy it to the device it take a lot of time without making progress it even freezes and gives the error in the title !

This error code refers to bad cluster reading. Could be bad sectors or just damaged Windows files. Run checkdisk on your system and check the scan for bad sectors option. The scan should be done on admin level while rebooting.
