Hey KingOmar, if you want to develop Android applications you need to learn how to program first. There are many programming languages for you to chose from. Newbies are often advised to start with Python (google it) because it's a powerful and easy language to learn. Make your own research as to which programming language you should pick.
About the Android platform, the best way to code apps is to learn Java (a popular programming language) and the Android SDK. So consider learning Java as your first programming language.
Also, there's no "Android Developer" career; you have to become a programmer so consider Computer Science or Computer Engineering as potential careers.
If you're really serious about this, get into programming. Or you could just google "android app maker" but I doubt any of these "app makers" will give you flexibility and power you need.
Hope this helps!

Thanks codingFreak for reply!
I Already know how to develop for java and i know few thing, im willing to learn more and more, and i would give all my time for it :) i just want to know if i can earn some money because i want to rely on programming as a main source of income,i dont want to have a secondary job .. So Is it possible in lebanon? my question was if i can earn money from submitting an app to the play store and ads-on in lebanon?
Thanks

Is there a way to make money off the Android market? Yes, definitely.
Is it a smart move to plan your carreer like this? No.
If you're an Android developer, and just that, you're pretty much hoping that for the 40 years you are going to be working, Android will still be present and you'll still have a job.
I'm not saying Android is going to disappear (although history shows it probably will), but that it's stupid to put your eggs in one basket. If you want to make a living off programming, the smartest thing to do is:
1- Get a formal education like an engineering or CS degree.
2- Code every day.
3- Start a pet project.
Focusing all your knowledge on just one technology/platform is limited and shortsighted.

Just to balance things out, you need to know that there are a lot of professional developers without CS degrees.
It is not silly to focus on a single platform for starters. Sometimes a single platform is more than what you can digest anyways.
Try to get to know people who are in the business, possibly any guy around you who happens to be employed, and then do everything you can to work for them. I do not think there is anything stopping a 15 year from providing value to software companies.
Have fun!
PS: If you don't need the money, try to have fun rather than make money. These years of exploration and pure dedication could prove really consequential on the rest of your life.
Don't fucking drop out of school. Though college, meh, you can postpone that by a year or so.

I'll give you a real live example :P I placed an app on the android store and so far it looks to be relatively successful (day 15, 14000 downloads, rising at 2 k downloads a day, got to rank 150 on the top new free) and after I got my first 10 k downloads that I started making 1$ a day from ads(admob). I made 10$ in total so far. now the app income is increasing (it might amount to 10 $ a day in a month if I get 100 k downloads) however after it peaks, it will also start to fall, I estimate that I will get maybe 100$ in total tops from an app I spent months on making...
now if we talk about paid apps, aside from the fact that google does not support lebanon nor transfers funds to it from paid apps, first off assuming you go around that, 30% of what you make goes to google. second, anything worth one dollar in the app store gets downloaded one thousand times less(I had to beg people starting out to download my free app, imagine if it cost a dollar) so you're looking at a profit margin not so different from mine :P
also, the idiotic emails I get from people that downloaded my free app and think I owe them more... it is not worth the pain :P
what really makes money on the android market are giant programs typically with a team of people that made it (be it games or messengers etc...) but if you think you can just sit on your pc on your free time make apps and get rich let me wake ya up from that dream :P

I'm waiting for my money to be transfered from admob to Audi bank... admob said they transfered the money in december 3... still nothing in my account :P
I hope it does not get delayed or removed because of the dumbass policies against money laundering our banks have been anal about...
it's only 100$ :(

Overseas wire transfer, in my experience, take around 2-3 business days to show up in your account. So you better double check with Audi, it should've showed up by now. Also in my experience, Audi are extremely annoying with their services and just make up policies and tell you that this is the law. I only deal with them when I absolutely have to.

well, it took 9 days, and I got it today, and Bank Audi charged 10$ for the transfer so I got 90$ !
mich 3a imet el 10$ bas enno for 100$ 7aram :P it took me 4 month putting that together one cent at a time :P
But now since I've seen it make it to lebanon I can make more ad supported apps
