i have a samsung galaxy ace and i'm trying to get my location through the gps antenna but it keeps blinking with no lock on my location. i used many programs from the google play one of them was gps test that tells how many satellite are above my position but nothing was displayed. on nokia 5800 satellites are like 5 to 6 at every spot i travel. i wonder if this is just on my phone or its just that samsung doesn't support Lebanese grounds? :/

Is this the first time you are trying to lock on to satellite through your Ace? If that's the case, then it may need a couple of minutes to lock..
Yeh, i remember when i first bought a nokia phone, i put mu phone on the balcony and left it for half an hour to catch a gps signal. Try to do so.
Did you remember to turn on your GPS connection ?
i did every thing guys i put it out side for some time long but neither did i get a signal nor a position. if any one of you have a samsung ace please try it for me and tell me if it works.

in order to run GPS on smart you should in a totally free area and it will take time
