Me too, these couple of days the internet was smooth and fast to me, I download torrents every night and the speed is stable at 100kb/s,

Maybe the server of the torrent your downloading is slow.

Maybe the torrent is dead. If there are no seeders nor peers, then how can you download the torrent content?
