  • Need to Get a Restaurant Delivery System

Hey guys,

I am looking for a company or out of the box software solution we can deploy which stores customer Info and can show it the the Operator via caller ID. So that we dont have to ask for the details of repeat customers.

Something similar to the ones used by say Dominos, Burger King etc. Preferably integration with Microsoft Dynamics, but must have capability to import/export the Customer DB via CSV/DB etc.


I hope the explanation is clear enough :) please do ask in case of any ambiguity.

Though I do not know them or vouch for them. but I stumbled upon them when i was getting a mankoushi from baker in Zarif who had a website on. so i went and checked it.
Thanks Gamer, but what i am looking for is a system which i can take orders and save customer data, which can later be retrieved via Caller-ID or manually putting in the number.

So what you need is a point of sales (POS) software with Caller-ID for restaurants. You can try the SambaPOS (side note: I've never tried it myself, but if you did we'd like to hear some feedback).

Dont need a POS at all, just need a system/software which will allow me to pickup Customer Data on the basis of incoming calls, all the ordering is done manually

Yes thats one possibility.
1-3 day job for good programmer.
But there is many IF. If you get calls over mobile - it is easy. If it is PBX - some PBX can give this info over network or serial.
If it is the phone - you need phone that can give callerid over serial or network, or you need to make VoIP local setup.
