Pic I filtered an IP address 69.72.208.122.
This log show your computer(IP Address: 192.168.1.101) trying to establish a connection with the host 69.72.208.122. This process is known as
Three way handshake.
Your system is stuck on the first stage. It's always sending a frame with the SYN flag.
The three stages are:
1- SYN (Source)
2- SYN-ACK (Destination)
3- ACK (Source)
And then, In frame no 409 Your system gave up and sent a RST (reset) flag.

I think it's an interface problem not a router's one.
