it's for this gen man, they said it in the ubisoft presentation
Not only have they mentioned it in the presentation of Ubisoft , they also presented the game with a PS3.

The graphics isn't that detailed to be honest it's like GTA IV graphics with a little more detail. It's still good though even though it looks like GTA IV , it still has great graphics compared to other games.
No the gameplay is on PCs I think, but i'm not sure
it is for this generation, this last crop of games for this generation should be the best, because developers now know every nook and crany in the 360 and PS3,did you see Halo 4?? looked awesome too

this watchdogs game is interesting, finally a good new IP,he is basically a hacker trying to stop some corrupt guys, fresh idea and good gameplay

Your Watch Dogs analogy with GTA is too painful to be grasped :P

It's not right to "compare" a 2013 title to a five year old game, and obviously current gen consoles will never be able to render what's been demoed properly. The advanced DoF/Bokeh, lightning and particle effects shown are not possible on 6+ years old hardware. That's a given.

To some extent, Watch Dogs' art direction reminded me in the Samaritan tech demo - which btw was far more impressive than the kind-of disappointing UE4 debut footage.
