Hey Gamer, can you please tell me what's the best way to get a PS+ subscription from PSN (The US one), should I buy 50$ cards (no idea what's the procedure) or a credit/debit card (because I'm not sure if these two are allowed for use in Lebanon) Thanks in advance
1st
You need to have a PSN account with the US address, Choose a state with minimum or no sale tax.

2nd
You need to fill the "wallet" account with money, there are 2 ways
a) pay by credit card (but the billing address has to be in the US)
b) pay by PSN cards (US Region); there are 3 ways to obtain the card
1* If you know someone in the US to buy the card and send you the code
2* some shops here sell the US card but more expensive
3* there is a website which sells the card you pay by local Credit card http://www.pcgamesupply.com/buygames/sony-playstation-network-cards/
Gamer, can you tell me if the downloads restore if you get cut from the net? The speed gets really frustrating and the internet either disconnects or the electricity goes out. Sadly PS3's can't resume downloading :/.
The ps3 can resume downloading. However the downloaded data might get corrupted sometimes if the download is getting cut abruptly. I don't know if you can manage to do so, but I usually (i said usually) know when the outage is going to happen so what I do is press triangle,PAUSE the download and then turn off the ps3.

That way I can resume the download later.

Of course I am talking about the Downloads that can be "downloaded in the background" and not game updates or patches.

One more thing to those with ps plus get the walking dead.
yes when you download, you can pause the download. but if the file gets corrupt you have to start all over.
also might i suggest to get a UPS for the PS3 and modem, that way when the power goes off, you have time to shut down the ps3 properly and not risk the data. That's what I do

No that would not work because the billing address of the pic card is Lebanon.
But I did show a few post earlier how you can get the psn card, even the uk one, from a website that accepts credit card
