  • I need to understand the lebanese way of describing how FUP works Visp

I have non peak hours and peak hours ( 6pm-00:00) on non peek hours u have 4GB peer week and or 1,3 GB per week peak hours ( it's different ) , what you did is you used specially on peak hours 1.3GB thats 101% allowed , now the question for you , you have your connection 24/24 why u download only at peak hours use a download manager and try downloading non peak hours u don't need then to reset your FUP at all , now to get back to normal you should at peak hours not use more than 20 mg for few days and later you will have FUP% restored to less than 101% and your account back to normal :) as simple as that FUP means normal internet usage and fair usage policy you are not alone using the internet and having ur account dedicated use it wisely

so u have 18 hours to download on non peak hours

So what I want to know what the peak hours
I didnt understand your question. what do you mean?

visp moderator told me from 6pm until 00:00 midnight are non peak

It's pretty clear It's a visp moderator email was sent to me regarding what I need to know what the peak hours and non peak hours in Visp FUP to avoid confusion about my weakly usage at peak hours

Choose clear, informative subjects.
When asking questions, provide as much information as possible.
Make sure you respect the writing guidelines
While the topic is interesting, and we could all benefit from better explanation, the topic is way to poorly worded.

Please use formatting, correct spelling, and correct grammar. Also, there's no need for opening a new thread. This thread is actively monitored by VISP employees (in a non-official presence. They are furthermost LebGeeks members and cannot be held accountable for what they say here). The thread is also heavily frequented by Visp users. You'd get better answers asking there.
