Few months ago i download Advanced System Care , it is amazing and does great job cleaning junks and cleaning malware , degrag , and handling which items should or shouldn't run .
However when it comes to registry cleaning , every time i put it to scan and clean it deletes 20+ registries , so i'm concerned that it might delete some useful registries ,or it may consider some of them to be outdated . how could i know? and in case an important registry is deleted how can i get it back ?

Also concerning the ASC , anyone is using the Turbo Boost option ? i haven't as i'm afraid it'll make my computer slower with time ,is that possible ?
If you're worried about deleting important registry entries, you can simply locate them through regedit (the ones that ASC opted to delete), right click the entry and export. If after you delete them anything goes wrong, you simply execute the exported file and you're back to where you were.

P.S.: I don't use ASC or anything similar.
Based on personal experience, those so called "registry cleaners" do more damage than good. What kind of a software knows what is good for every single computer all the time? Makes you wonder if antiviral software are real. Hehehe...
@xterm , thank for the help i tried it i think it'll help later .

@Nabs , thank you too ,and i get what you mean i'm going to be careful what registries are being deleted ,i'll only select the ones i know that may be useless .

I'll take cautions :P
I don't see how it's useful... There are some files that hold your registry, I think one of the is called NTUSER.DAT and is in your home directory, I forgot where the others are; the ones holding the system information.
Anyway, if these files arent too big (think more then 100 MB), and usually they're not, then I don't think there's any use to worry about cleaning up the registry.
There some cases I guess where registry entries can slow down the system, like for example explorer extensions or such things... but I think it's better to investigate and solve these problems one by one, and there are often some more specialized tools also, for example for disabling explorer extensions.
I've been using CCleaner for 3 - 4 years now. Smooth and reliable... and Free!

As for your concerns on registry cleaning, CCleaner allows you to backup registry entries before cleaning so you can restore them in case of any problem.

You might also want to check TuneUp Utilities 2012.
@Georges:
I was going to suggest that yesterday but I didn't have time to reply.

CCleaner is the best and makes your PC a lot faster by cleaning useless unneeded files. It also cleans registry and allows you to backup before you clean as Georges suggested.
It also cleans free space in your hard drive and your recycle bin making deleted file unrecoverable if you want.
You can also uninstall software that you can't uninstall from Windows Programs and Features menu, this tool is also very handy because it deletes all files from that specific program you just uninstalled.

Advance System Care uses a lot of system resources and not that user friendly.
