xazbrat wroteMy nachos are not that unhealthy. I slice up some arabic bread (high protein type) throw a little olive oil on it and put it in the oven to crisp up. Afterwards, add some jalapeno peppers, green chilies, tomatoes and a handful of a grated sharp cheddar cheese and throw it in the microwave to melt.
Not that unhealthy except for the cheese and the cerveza accompanying it. :)
