Sennheiser HD 201 vs 202

Both of them 201 and 202 are really good headphones (for their prices) but I really don't know which one to get...
I read a lots of reviews but none was really accurate.
Can you fellow geeks give me some advice?

PS: I'm getting them from abroad

they're the same ... 202 has more emphasis on bass (not particularly good or bad depends on your taste)

would you consider headphones in the 60-80 dollar range ? are you gonna use them when you go out or just at home ?
