Ok i have been trying to reeach my customer support with mtc for most of the day on 111.
And i have been gettnig the same thing , once i push star , i m told that the lines are busy and to please call later ..... Busy for 4 straight hours ??

My current use so far is 328 mb !!!!!!
So that 22 more dollars on my bill -> need the bigger service.
Problem is i cant call mtc and ask them what to do ....
If i subscribe now to the 20$ option , am i still billed for the exces mb i used , or they are included in the new plan ?
I pay my bill on the 1st of the month what should i do guys ?

i'm not sure about what i'm going to say here but normally, if you exceed your consumption you will pay a price per extra mb, and they won't change your subscription, BUT again "nomally" if you exceed it for like 3 months straight they should call you and ask you if you want to upgrade to a bigger plan (but come on man, who are we kidding here ? they won't call you) so i'd say, go for a bigger plan, it will be cheaper even if you don't use it all

After 47 redials during the day they have answered. (not kidding really 47 !!!)
It stands as this :
Ur plan is prepaid : meaning the 100 mbs i used this month were payed last month.
So my bill will have 22$ extra ( if stop at that )
And i did upgrade my subscription , meaning my internet for next month is 500 mbs that i have payed for at the end of this month.
It seems it is recommended to upgrade your subscription ONLY after you have used it( or overused it ) as it makes the job for them easier to cancel your plan and start you on a new one.
Otherwise you might billed both subscriptions ....... 0.0 ..... WTF ??????

The way they work at our amazing telecoms is like this:
There is no such thing called Upgrade. What they do is cancel your current 100mb service, then initiate the new 500mb service.
So that means you will have to pay your 100mb service exceeded quota. Moreover, if you start the new 500mb service before the closest billing date you will pay for it fully but only have it for a few days, then you will pay for it a second time. I don't think it that was clear, but to be on the safe side, do this:
Wait one day before your bill arrives and cancel your 100mb service. Then the day the bill arrives, call them to initiate the new 500mb service. You might end up with 1 day without phone internet, but that's the way it works.

and i have already gone above the limit of my subscription , he deleted my current subscription for next month and changed it to the 20dollar one
Thing is i dont know what type of 3g i m using anymore, it needs a day to come into action.
So either i have nomore 3g tomorrow or i m on pay as you go -.-
