I need a good quality case that will turn it into a silent PC. The case could be a new or used one if it's in good condition. My budget is $30.

best option in my opinion

I have one of it packin a quad core, an HD6550, 8GB of ram , 3x 2TB hard disks and I use it to play HD movies and it's super silent with some mods and you can barely hear it when it's on
