  • Max Payne 3 update and LT 2.0?

Hello!
I bought Max Payne 3 yesterday, when I start the dvd it says I need to upgrade the system!
I have LT 2.0 and I saw that some people updated dashboard for max payne 3 and losed all compatibility with other games
What to do?
How can you get the game if it's not released until 2 days from now ?

Anyways, is it on Xbox ? Maybe it needs the new modifications to run.
Ok I found the solution:
DON'T update via the game
UPDATE via USB method and it will be safe to keep LT 2.0 and play all other games you have already
you might as well upgrade to LT3.0

More full proof for the future, generally speaking, future updates will just be with respect to disk burning, rather than flashing the DVD drive

Im personally still on ixtreme 1.6 / can't play on ap2.5 games nor XGD3 titles; perhaps after finals ill update and play.
You are right about LT 3.0 but the problem is that you will have to reburn your old games to be compatible :/
It's not easy to find LT 3.0 ready games in Lebanon yet
