I switched on my pc today, and strangely heard one long and 3 short beeps.
Nothing came up on the screen as if not connected, yet i heard windows boot up.
The power phases on the GTX 570 light up for one second on power up then never again
A replacement HD 5770 worked fine.
I believe the 570 died, i just wanted to hear suggestions from you guys, if any one had a similir experience. I got the system in december, I hope pcandparts would still RMA it if it is indeed expired
Sad times :(

Just send it back to warranty.
But be VERY careful when they send you a replacement. It should be the EXACT same card with the EXACT same value.

try and make it look good, like its been taken really really good care of it before you rma it, they would most probably tell you that the value of the card today is bla bla bla (which is less than what you paid) do not accept that! they will try everything in their power to consume you!

I have decided to give it one more shot, so i removed the 5770 and plugged the GTX 570 back in, and guess what! It worked fine!
I have no idea how or why, but i did remove and re seat it a few times before and it didnt work, now it did.
I'm quite relieved, but i am not sure now if there is some fault with it and go ahead with RMA.
I hope it stays good! and i do appreciate your guiding posts incase of RMA ;)
Thanks!
EDIT: @ Shant My insides always look good ;) especialy with the best quality pantyhose being used as intake filters ;)
