Anyone studied at the Lebanese University? Can anyone give me an insight about the quality of education there, and please share your experiences.

my younger brother is studying accounting and business administration at the LU
Quality of education depends on the faculty, major, and the campus
it also depends on your needs

but the best solution is to check it your self

As Abbabbj mentioned, I studied Management Information Systems at LU - Hadath. The quality of education is actually pretty good if you know how to choose the right professors. Some professors will make you hate your life for registering their class, others will make you want to listen to them throughout the whole lecture. And if you are anything like me, I would stay from professors teaching the material in Arabic. It is much easier to learn in English - I almost had to repeat every Arabic course I've registered. I managed to finish my BS in 3 years but do not be shocked if you see students that have been there for more than 5 years.
The bottom line is that for the money you pay (roughly $200 a year) you would be getting a great value from an academic perspective. I would say go for it, just stay away from political parties and their childish bickering out there.
