That's actually perfect! My workplace is right behind Hotel Habtour. Do you any details about what time it closes, facilities/classes, monthly fee?MrClass wroteKassem, Hotel Habtour has a gym. You can go there.
Trust me, that's much better than being in a crowded gym. There's nothing worse than having to stand in a queue (metaphorically speaking) until the machine or bench you want is free. But yeah, I definitely wouldn't enjoy being in the gym with only 3-4 people there.MrClass wroteThough not a lot of people go there, so you might get bored. You might like the calm atmosphere; I don't :)
I don't know any gym that opens at 5 am! And I doubt there are any. 7, maybe, even 6... Does it have to be 5?lallous_87 wroteanyone knows a gym in Beirut's, preferably achrafieh, Dekwaneh, fern l chebbek, that opens very early, at 5 am. I want to go to a gym, but don't have time during the day.

I think this is a personal thing. Everyone's internal clock runs differently. Some people benefit more from an early workout--others from a later one. I don't subscribe to the one time, fits all theory. For the record, I work out in the morning and have no problems with my energy levels when I am working out or afterwards. I tried the evening workout thing, and that didn't work for me because I didn't feel I had enough energy.MrClass wroteI don't recommend you work out very early in the day. You will experience fatigue, so you'll suffer during work. In addition you must eat a good meal 2 hours before working out so that you are fully energized. Finally a lot of research show that working out in the late hours of the day (between 6 PM till 8 PM) is more effective than working out any other time in the day.
Can you give us confirmation about these informations man !?MrClass wroteI think the monthly fee is about 70$ for 3 times per week and 100$ for 5 days per week (I'll ask my friend again about the precise price, he goes there). This includes access to the gym, showers, jacuzzi, and performance tracking by a coach.

Funny I have read almost the opposite of you said.MrClass wroteI don't recommend you work out very early in the day. You will experience fatigue, so you'll suffer during work.
