anyone knows a gym in Beirut's, preferably achrafieh, Dekwaneh, fern l chebbek, that opens very early, at 5 am. I want to go to a gym, but don't have time during the day.
thanks for your help!
Let me add to that... I'm also interested in gym's on the way from Sin El Fil to Gallery Semaan. Ain El Remmeneh would also be good.
There are alot of gyms in those areas,
But that open from FIVE am ?! damn, i dont think so! The bakeries dont open that early!
Kassem, Hotel Habtour has a gym. You can go there.

That's actually perfect! My workplace is right behind Hotel Habtour. Do you any details about what time it closes, facilities/classes, monthly fee?
I think the monthly fee is about 70$ for 3 times per week and 100$ for 5 days per week (I'll ask my friend again about the precise price, he goes there). This includes access to the gym, showers, jacuzzi, and performance tracking by a coach.

Though not a lot of people go there, so you might get bored. You might like the calm atmosphere; I don't :)

Trust me, that's much better than being in a crowded gym. There's nothing worse than having to stand in a queue (metaphorically speaking) until the machine or bench you want is free. But yeah, I definitely wouldn't enjoy being in the gym with only 3-4 people there.

I don't know any gym that opens at 5 am! And I doubt there are any. 7, maybe, even 6... Does it have to be 5?
Anyway as a gym I recommend Alcis, next to the Charcutier Aoun Dekwaneh (and next to Pro's).
the problem is I work everyday from 7 am till 8 pm.. and honestly, I don't feel like going to the gym after that... that's why I want a gym that opens early...
I don't recommend you work out very early in the day. You will experience fatigue, so you'll suffer during work. In addition you must eat a good meal 2 hours before working out so that you are fully energized. Finally a lot of research show that working out in the late hours of the day (between 6 PM till 8 PM) is more effective than working out any other time in the day.
fine... :(
I guess I have other choice...
thanks people!
I'll let you know if there is a gym that opens so early :)
Stay tuned...

I think this is a personal thing. Everyone's internal clock runs differently. Some people benefit more from an early workout--others from a later one. I don't subscribe to the one time, fits all theory. For the record, I work out in the morning and have no problems with my energy levels when I am working out or afterwards. I tried the evening workout thing, and that didn't work for me because I didn't feel I had enough energy.

Bottom line, he most important thing is not when you work out but rather setting aside a time to actually work out.

Funny I have read almost the opposite of you said.

On my personal experience, I only work out in the morning is the best and you feel more energized during the whole day. As for food, I prefer eating before, but I think I only eat 40 minutes before.
