The game itself is Global, the restriction on you will be for using the RMAH, i.e. if your country is set as US you will only be able to do transactions in US region and vice versa.
Another restriction is if you have your country set as the one in EU region you will buy the game in Euros instead of US .
Besides these you will be able to play on any region you like.
i been reading their entire set up on the AH, it never mentioned on playing separately for both different server so it does make sense, it was only the AH transaction that were done by server from what is mentioned.
Since Lebanon can't participate in the real-money AH, your basically saying both copies are equal?
edit: reason i'm asking "both copies", is cause pc and parts are selling 2 different sets of copies, so i'm quite confused, i also thought game was global and auto-set ups according to my battle.net account.
for gaming yes both copies are equal, Afaik, for RMAH, you can take part in it even if you are from Lebanon, but you wont be able to take the real cash out of it due to non-existence of paypal (2 modes of payments available 1.Blizzard cash 2. Paypal (charges u A transfer fee))
as for the restrictions of Region, You can only post Real Money Auctions on Europe Region if you are from Lebanon, which directly means you have to acquire items in EU to sell on EU and vice versa.
P.S: I am saying this as per my understanding so may be there is more it.
