So i called visp support the other day, and they told me that they limited torrents 256 k meaning that torrent speed will reach a maximum of 30 kbit/s.

Any way to bypass this limitation using proxy/VPN ... ?
I feel your pain brother. I'm with VISP and I have the same problem. And believe me when I say that I tried almost everything to bypass that restriction, with no success. The problem is that torrents traffic has a distinct digital signature that is always obvious to ISPs. VISP does not block it, but assigns it a 256k only. All I can do is keep up the pressure. I always advise them to allow full bandwidth for torrents after midnight so our traffic doesn't affect regular users, but they are reluctant to allow it.I hope when Ogero assigns free quota after midnight that VISP will follow and allow us full traffic at least in Non-peak hours.
....O-0...Though it wouldn't hurt if someone really finds us a way to bypass it.
I tried BTGuard (Premuim) and many other VPNs and i tried proxies but none seem to work ..
They don't limit torrents.
They simply limit (direct traffic) everything non-http to 256k (128k during peak hours).
what about seedbox? I haven't tried them but theoretically they should do the job
