  • how to get paid from android market?

There seems to be no clear reference on google on whether or not they provide payments to lebanon, or how... I am wondering if anyone has made any dollars by uploading an application on the android market.

I've also read that one can make money with free applications if ads are included in the app...

seeing what people are paying money for(especially those budget calculator apps that apply some equations and draw a graph) I think it may be worth throwing something in there for a dollar :P

does anyone know how it works exactly if we were to try that?
You can publish your app build (apk) on the market (google play now i guess).
When you do it will ask you for 20$ to register as a developer.
You can then specify for how much you are selling.
For ads you would need to develop your app with ads in mind like a placeholder and register with an ad network such as admob. Then you host the ads in your app same as a website does.
yeah but to where and how do the funds get transfered to you?:P if I am to pay, I would use my master card, but I doubt it's the same card that they can add funds to
To either your bank account (you can have them deposit) or via transfer like western union

No I do have some published apps on android but they are free. I am not sure why it would not work they just transfer the money to your bank account like any kind of transfer.

No Paid apps are not supported from Lebanon. Only free apps.

or at least got paid from putting ads in his app
by the way, how do you usually get paid if you have a website and placed ads on it? maybe it is a similar process?
Many sites like admob who offer advertising on your site/app link directly to your bank account.
I have it linked to my blom account and they pay me directly there.
Same as apple, they link to your bank account [swift + account number]. I am not sure 100% about Android but I guess it is the same.
