Yeah it took 6 days.
Try to call them first.
I gave them a td-w8961nd, and when they installed everything, they said that I had to wait 3-4 days to change the password, though I don't know if they were talking about the ogero account or the modem password, because i tried going to the gateway, I put admin admin the default credentials but it doesn't work.

You have to go to the central and pay 5000 Lbp to change your plan
hey guys i am on the 2 Mbps plan from ogero my max download rate is 1.76 Mbps. I live in achrafieh and i can say i am close to the CO. I don't know if this matters. I also changed the tel line coming from the outside box to my house with a cat5e cable.
is this normal?

Yep, ~1.7 is all you will get with a 2 Mbps plan from Ogero. This is mine:

Can you please test your connection using the same server (Orange France - Paris), I want to know your latency. Yeah, and I don't see anything wrong with Cat 5e cables! If you're connected to the internet, then it's all good.

It was good, it lasted long enough for me. 2 hours is a great deal for me to enjoy 90ms pings.
Cause here come the 400ms gang!

I had ton of problems with them in the past, but after it got fixed, its stable like this for almost a year now.
And its probably best for gaming, used to have 71ms in world of Warcraft (europe).
Guys, how do i get my pppoe username and password?
I tried all the other methods mentioned in the other topic, did not work with me.
I have a thomsons TG585 V8.
Here is what i did. I don't know if it will work on your router and i don't know if this is a correct way but you can try it.
I have a TP Link router so i logged in as admin. On the dsl configuration tab i saw my pppoe ogero username and password, to reveal the pass right click it on chrome then click inspect elements. It will open a tab on the bottom of the page.
This line should be highlighted and you will see the word "password", replace the word "password" with the word "text". On the main page the password will be revealed. It is very long.

Make sure you enter the L in upper case in the password, and your phone number without the country code. If this didn't work, call them...
