If some one has an Open Speed his speed will not double since Open Speed is the max speed will reach.

For Unlimited 2Mbps or 4Mbps / It will not work since you need to reconfigure the rourter to jump from 2 to 4.

Capacity on Open Speeds will double without configuration for ADSL (Open Speed and Unlimited) , HDSL and FTTH

Nevetheless , regardless the bill will be zero for ADSL , HDSL , and FTTC

So if OS will remain OS, and 2MB/4MB unlimited needs modem reconfiguration, so the double speed will apply only on 4 MB users with limited quota ?!

If the bill will be zero for March & April, so in other words even if you exceed your quota, you wont be charged !

Their policy by default is to stop your internet when you reach your quota. Been a lot of complaints of people having huge overages

Hello, as i mentioned before. I have the asus adsl/vdsl modem router. I used to have a problem on it. normal ping to google 42ms. But some websites aren't opening. Like cnn, msn , speedtest and many other websites. Today i knew the problem. When i put ipv6 on and i get ip's. The websites wont open anymore. On ipv4 it's working perfectly. But on ipv6 there's this problem that i'm facing. Any solution for it?

Guys you can notice now on Ogero App that all quota limits are doubled,

May i ask if your Ogero FTTH bandwidth speed is capped at 50 Mbps? Can you post a test speed from www.testmy.net please?

I am curious about the upload speed. What is the max speed? If you can test it using Google Drive.

Today i got the data rate at 4Mbps previously stable at 2 Mbps now since I suffer from the infamous elevator to SNR effect, i get disconnections every time the elevator moves!! I will have to contact ogero to revert the change.

Sometimes I'm happy I live in an old building with no elevators or electricity boxes for all the apartements.

Yeah, capacity doubled and they are thanked for that. Since I am on Open Speed already, it stayed the same.

Hello guys my internet connection is getting a lot of packet loss high ping and slowness lately (last 2 weeks) between 1:00 pm to 12:00am
I am a subscriber of Sodetel . Tech supp told me the usual your line is clean and there is a problem locally but my friends on other ISPs have no such problems (I ping tested my self on their connections). So I'm thinking of switching to Ogero and asking them to turn off interleaving (i read here that it lowers ping) i am 1300 Meters far from the (central) if any one can provide guidance I would be most grateful.

Well we are facing the same issue on other private ISPs sometimes especially the last few weeks due to more people staying at home.
Private ISPs are also slowing/throttling connections and re-routing them to slower routers an that is increasing latency and make gaming online impossible.
The situation will get worse now with the coronavirus outbreak and the lack of dollars to pay for international traffic.
Ogero is still unaffected it seems till now, so i think you can try and switch. However, they are close so don't expect that they will switch you anytime soon

Luckily, since the lock-down, the lack of schools and people going out has reduced the elevator use so it is bearable at the moment. Is anyone getting sometimes disconnected from the Internet (only Internet led goes off) for a period of about 1 minute before coming back on ?
