I hope this is not related to the tests Ogero is conducting but ping is fluctuating today with a lot of request timed out replies.
Ogero connection down now? Dns issues?

Interleave Mode: with error correction, that add few ms to your delay (~25 ms)
Fastpath Mode: without error correction, but you should be near to the CO and your line stats very good.

before fastpath: 95 ms to europe.
after fastpath: 63 ms

below are my line stats for reference (before fastpath).

What exactly should I tell them to do to switch to fastpath?
1st step: just pray to get a polite and friendly operator :)
2nd step: tell him to switch your line to fastpath, and he will check your line capability and switch it in seconds.

wish you good luck.

I just talked to them and he said he forwarded the request to the office.
How long did it take you to switch?
Does this work for other ISPs?

what could be the problem guys ? im connected to bir hassan CO , im ~2km away, the SNR margin fluctuates a lot(sometimes 4 and sometimes 20) , and the crc errors are always high. my building infrastructures are kind of old , and the phone line is passed next to electrical cables all the way to my apartment,. practically i did not benefit from the test today, my plan is 2mb unlimited .
fastpath activated, and i have gained 30ms in ping, not bad at all.
ping to 8.8.8.8 is now 45-50

I asked IDM a million times and always the same answer: "what is interleaving or fastpath" or "no ma fina"
