Cyberia is very known for taking advantage of their customers and "milk money" out of them
we have another 4mbps account for the head office (we're only getting 1mbps for the last 6 months) -
if you didn't pay for it, i don't know why you don't want to give it back...
modem is archaic 585v7 at head office, so i wanted to replace it with edimax AR7284 wna
You may be screwed anyway since they may not sign a release so you can get DSL service from another provider if they don't get the modem back.
after debating quite a lot, i think i'll go with giving the modem back for the above reason. these people are "ze3ran" and they might even start messing with our head office account since it's under the same name.
i'm going to stick to higher principles for now -
