$400 Android phone wanted

Hi everyone,
So im asking for a few suggestions as to what android phones i can get with a budget of $400.
Does anyone have an estimate for how much the Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 will cost?
How about the Samsung Wave 3??

p.s. Im more than willing to go to the da7ye to buy a phone, just tell me the name of the shop.

As for the budget I think you can get an SGS II or HTC Sensation for such a price check out gsmarena.com so you can actually see all your options before you go to any shop

Samsung Galaxy SII costs around 500$ last time I checked this week.

Definitely Worth Buying (i currently own one)
And i would recommend the HTC Sensation XL.

The standard HTC Sensation costs 430$, EVO 3D 350$ the Sensation XL 535$ and the Samsung Galaxy SII 500$!
The Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 has not been released yet, but after checking out its specs, I think it'll be near 400$ or maybe less considering the competition.

Other options:
Samsung Google Nexus S: 375$
HTC Incredible S: 365$
HTC Desire HD: 330$
HTC Desire Z: 290$
HTC Desire S: 325$

It's not less than $400. Last price was $570, it seems.

Arc S last week at Stars Communication was 410$ because these were the last Arc S's from the company so good luck finding one first.
Xperia S is for 570$ now.
For a 400$ , i would buy the Evo 3D because its specs are too great for its price [ 350$]

Alright thanks a lot guys. I think i'm gonna go with the HTC Evo 3D. It has excellent stats for it's price range
I might wait a few weeks to see if the Ace 2 comes out; im really interested in it.

Also, what do you know about the box of the HTC Evo?? I remember last time I bought a phone from Lebanon, the 8GB SD card was not included! Neither was the video connection cable...
So what im asking is, will I get a stripped down version of the phone??? I want everything gsmarena says will come in the box!

If you can wait just 2-3 weeks you will get HTC One V and Xperia P and U for your budget
HTC Sensation new at Amhaz is around 450$ perhaps more!
If you can wait a month I will sell my Sensation :)

The EVO 3D seems a worthy upgrade from my Xperia x10 - it really is one of the best under 400$ phones i can think of. The Sensation XL is fine as well - but it seems very fragile.

It's all i need and i couldn't care less about how thick it is; as long as it can be rooted then it's all fine with me.

Care to add any details with the EVO 3D ? Good bad ?

mhmd sakr, the guy of the elmazad page, gets taiwanese HTC phones as far as i know, my freind bought from a Samsung Galaxy SII on launch - came with everything, just call him and honestly ask what comes with it.

But there are some HTC made in China phones out there (they are completely like their taiwanese counterparts).

Looks like Amhaz is the real HTC official dealer in Lebanon.
They get these phones way faster than microage (and for 1/2 price)

Mine is Evo 3D, and i can say that is a really nice phone to own, responsive, perfect screen, funny 3D shooting.

Bad: the speaker sound is below average, and HD video recording is below 25 fps at times.
