As you can see in this topic, I was searching for a device that runs Skype and Viber and finally ended up settling for Samsung Galaxy Young.
The shop who sold it to us has already installed a bunch of stuff like Skype, Whozcalling, Viber, Truecaller and all the likes... (even though we didn't ask for it).
Long story short, I'm facing a puzzling problem with the Skype account unable to log in saying it doesn't identify the username and password combination.
I go to skype.com and I get the same error about non-matching user-name and password. I do a reset password, they send me an e-mail that guides me to a page where I change to a new password. Everything is fine, we can log in.... until, the same thing happens again in few hours!!!
I mean, what the hell is this? I've changed the password 3 times in 48 hours it's just ridiculous. We're only logging in on that account from the new phone and it is on automatically sign in.
What happens is, randomly out of nowhere and while the wifi is turned OFF, the phone beeps (I still don't know wtf that beep is for), we turn wifi ON, we try to log in on Skype and it just doesn't let us in.
Is it possible there's some malicious software installed on the phone? Anyone facing that problem?
