Take a look at the MFR date from behind, if its 2009+ then really you have NOTHING to worry about when it comes to Red Ring

Unless you had prior graphic corruption, and experienced RRoD then be worried, if not then this is just a simple case of power - happened several times to me - ended when i bought a UPS.

This is more or less the full proof mod - in other words from now on it will be a simple means of changing disc burning, rather than reflashing - unless Microsoft will introduce a new disc medium like they did with XGD3 (highly unlikely)

Perhaps ill pass by this friday, mod it, and pick up SSX on Saturday
