bought it this month, new
unboxed it, charged for 8 hours straight as per manual, charged it only once since, today might charge it again as im waiting for the battery to be completely depleted for full charge cycle so to date (22-feb-2012) only 2 charges
put the ZAGG screen cover on it
started using it, 1-2 days, morning/evening before/after work
downloaded a few apps, internet /youtube browsing/ email etc...
no visible scratches on it
manual/box/cables/cleaning cloth still unused and available, did not throw anything away
buyer can test/inspect it before no problem
